Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Marlinec has embarked on helping various customers by entering into service level agreements to assist amongst other with the following:

Training and certification of selective electroplating operators (including refresher training)
Calibration of rectifiers and other equipment
Consignment stock arrangements
Six monthly customer (operations) audits
Providing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) if required and applicable
Providing of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for supplied plating solutions
 Any specific assistance required by customers within our field of expertise
