Increased Life Expectancy of Industrial Components
A direct result of the reconditioning and conversion service supplied by Marlinec is the increased life expectancy of treated components. The majority of components are restored by utilising Selective Electroplating. This is a cold process which is suited and ideal to perform multiple repair cycles on the same component, thus extending component life beyond original life expectancy.
This in conjunction with component conversions which is mainly done by incorporating new and better designs/material selection and usage on especially wear areas of components, leads to an increased life expectancy as well as decreased downtime during planned reconditioning of components.
